UG Research: Poster presentation feedback session In-Person

DEADLINE EXTENDED: Register by Wednesday Aug. 23, 2023

This session is an opportunity for NSERC USRA (Undergraduate Student Research Award) and U of R UGRA (Undergraduate Research Award) students to present posters explaining the research they've conducted over the summer and receive feedback. It is a great way to prepare for participation in the Inspire Research Conference in November 2023, which you will be invited to as an USRA/URGA student.

This session will be held on Thursday August 24, 2023 from 9:30 – 11:30 a.m. in person in ED 193.

 
Poster Presentation Details:
 
  • The poster will be digital and should be designed to be 36 x 48 inches.
  • The presentations are to be two to three minutes long and will cover your research and compliment your poster.
  • There will be a few minutes for questions afterwards.
  • There is a lapel microphone to use which works best when placed near your collarbone.
  • Your Poster is to be submitted to grad.engagement@uregina.ca by 12 p.m. (noon) Wednesday, Aug. 23, 2023.
  • You will receive written feedback from different judges.
