Introduction to NVivo In-Person

This is a FACE-to-FACE workshop, offered on-site in Regina.

This session will provide an introduction to NVivo, software for qualitative data analysis that is provided free of charge to University of Regina students, faculty, and staff. Topics covered will include getting NVivo installed on your machine, starting a new project, importing documents for analysis, creation of nodes and subnodes, coding and autocoding, running queries, and importing/coding non-text data (images, videos, social media content). Coding and organizational strategies will also be discussed.

This workshop is part of the Research Tune-up Series.
